In December 2023, Ángel Nieves, one of the co-founders of this project, passed away rather suddenly. He was very much loved by his colleagues. Several members of the 3D Black Boston team, who worked closely with him in various capacities, were particularly affected by his death. 3D Black Boston has been on pause since this this sad event, though we hope to resume activity in the near future.
